The STIHL 1/4″ Rapid Micro Special (RMS) saw chain with a drive link thickness of 1.3 mm is ideal for demanding wood carvers and arborists. The specially developed shortened top plate increases the piercing speed so that you can work with your MS 194 C-E carving saw without applying pressure during the piercing process. This not only saves you energy, but also makes it easier to carve intricate contours and fine patterns into wood with your carving chainsaw, for example when making wooden garden decorations.

At the same time, the excellent cutting performance of the STIHL 1/4″ Rapid Micro Special (RMS) carving chain enables you to cut trees effortlessly, cleanly, and to a high level of quality. This makes tree maintenance easier. The low vibration also helps you to guide the saw precisely.
