Riverstone Mower World offers delivery and collection options depending on the product, order size and delivery location.
Shipping availability, costs and delivery options may vary depending on the size, weight, destination and type of product. The delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Orders are generally processed during our normal business hours:
Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
Saturday: 9am–12pm
Where an item is in stock, we aim to prepare orders for dispatch or delivery as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability and circumstances outside our control.
Depending on the products in your order and your delivery location, one or more of the following options may be available:
Standard Parcel Delivery – $16.95
Selected smaller products, parts and accessories can be shipped Australia-wide for a flat rate of $16.95.
Local Delivery – $49
Selected equipment is eligible for local delivery to nominated postcodes in and around the Riverstone area for a flat rate of $49.
Free Sydney Metro Delivery
Selected bulky and freight-classified equipment is eligible for free delivery within our nominated Sydney Metro delivery area. Eligibility is determined by the product and delivery postcode and will be shown at checkout.
Shipping – Quote Required
For bulky and freight items outside our nominated Sydney Metro delivery area, a shipping quote may be required. Where a quote is required, our team will confirm the delivery cost and arrangements with you before freight payment is finalised.
The delivery options available depend on the products in your order and the delivery address. The applicable delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Certain products, including ride-on mowers, zero-turn mowers and other large equipment, require specialised delivery arrangements.
