Returns & Refunds

At Riverstone Mower World, we are committed to supplying quality products and providing fair and straightforward customer service.

This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Riverstone Mower World may need to inspect or assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by any manufacturer’s warranty period.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of purchase or delivery, subject to approval and provided that the product:

• Is unused and has not been operated, installed or fitted
• Is in its original condition
• Is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components
• Is accompanied by proof of purchase
• Is suitable for resale as a new product

Change-of-mind returns are not available for products that have been used, fuelled, assembled or operated, or for specially ordered, customised or clearance items unless otherwise agreed.

Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Riverstone Mower World.

Original delivery charges are generally not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts

Customers are responsible for confirming that parts and accessories are suitable for their particular model before ordering.

If you’re unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

We may accept returns of incorrectly ordered parts subject to our change-of-mind conditions above.

Parts that have been installed, fitted, used or removed from sealed packaging where they cannot reasonably be resold may not be accepted for change-of-mind return.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Please provide your name, order or invoice number, details of the product and the reason for the return.
